Isofol is a public, Swedish limited liability company whose shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The first trading day was October 21, 2021. Isofol has voluntary decided to apply the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance since July 1, 2017.
The role of corporate governance in Isofol is to create a good foundation for active and responsible ownership, a suitable distribution of responsibility between the different company bodies as well as good communication with all of the company’s interested parties.
